Regeneration Solutions launched

 

Regeneration Solutions claims to go 'beyond bricks and mortar'; a consultancy specialising in urban regeneration, dedicated to helping local authorities in the quest for inner city regeneration.

 

The partnership was formed by Jon Lord and Kyle Stott.

 

Jon is an award-winning Town Planner and a corporate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) with over 10 years of experience involving communities in the preparation of planning documents, planning applications, community strategies and local regeneration projects.

 

Kyle has over 11 years experience within regeneration, including working with the NHS, local authorities and faith-based organisations. He is a lecturer in Health & Nutrition and is a qualified Exercise Physiologist.

 

Kyle explains: " We work with schools and local partnerships, local planning authorities and developers. Our objective is to get projects approved and to get them off the ground, quickly and professionally."

 

One of their particular strengths is obtaining funding " We have worked with, and obtained funding from many funders," says Kyle, "including Big Lottery; Sport England; English Heritage; Church Urban Fund; Neighbourhood Renewal Fund; European Social Fund; Single Regeneration Budget; Equal Fund; European Regional Development Fund; Learning & Skills Council; Community Chest; Central Church Fund."

 

Regeneration Solutions provides consultation and ready-made toolkits for regeneration.
