Kim Rothman is an extraordinary woman. After an outstanding career as a long jumper, she went on to take gold medals in the European and World Championships in 2005. Today she is sharing her skills with non-athletes who simply want to lose weight, shape up their body or raise their energy levels to get more out of life. The mother of three is now 'mother' of the UK's leading 'fit camp' movement.

"My time in serious competitive sport introduced me to a lot of techniques that are absolute gold for non athletes," she explains." For some time she has been a personal coach to celebrities and captains of industry, but now she and her team of professional coaches are extending their reach to a wider audience.

"Our fit camps - held in a private woodland setting in Weybridge - are the fun way to fight flab and wake up the body. They are also incredibly convenient. Just an hour each morning before work with one of our expert trainers, over an energising four weeks. They don't intrude on a busy life and they introduce people to a mixed range of people who quickly become friends." The next camp begins 8th September.
