Circle Earth publishes Survival Guide to Ethical Property Overseas

Anyone who has purchased property overseas will know how lonely the whole process can be - and how fraught.

 

Not any more. Circle Earth, the ethical overseas property company, has launched easy-to-read guidance on their website www.circleearth.co.uk The How. Where, When of property purchase.

Rachael Cartmell, managing director Circle Earth explains: "We have many years experience in helping clients to purchase their perfect property abroad. In fact, we've even been through the process ourselves so we know the pitfalls and how to avoid them. And our new website really does offer very practical advice."

 

Rachael goes on to explain why the company places so much stress on being an ethical company: "We try as much as possible to be paperless, storing all documents electronically, emailing instead of writing by post (where possible) and printing only when necessary on recycled stock. Any brochures we print are on recycled stock and are kept to a minimum. All waste paper is recycled.

 

We offset all CO2 from any flights made by clients to view properties, as well as any flights which are made by the company."
